The made-up ones and the real ones. The ones I find in books, stumble upon while travelling, or hear over a drink with someone I’ve just met.
For a long time, I thought that was simply part of who I am.
Until I realised it’s also an essential part of how I work.

Hi, I’m Bia!
I’m Brazilian, born and raised in Teresópolis, a small city in the mountains outside Rio de Janeiro. From a young age, I knew I wanted to see more of the world. Since then, I’ve lived in different countries, picked up five languages and found a few places to call home along the way.
I studied Media Studies at UFF and spent four years working in marketing and communications before deciding to learn how to code and completely changing the course of my career. More than six years later, I’ve worked as a software developer between Brazil and France. Somewhere along the way, I also taught programming to hundreds of students across Latin America and discovered just how much I love teaching.
I’m still endlessly curious about people and places. When I’m not behind a computer, you’ll probably find me running, swimming, cycling or travelling, and more recently, finding my way back to writing.

How does the process work?
I believe a good website starts long before the first line of code. It starts with a conversation, a few questions and a good exchange of ideas. That’s why the first step is always a chat to understand who you are, what you do and what you want to put out into the world. From there, we build a website together that feels right for you, your work and the people you want to reach.
How can I get a quote?
You can reach me via WhatsApp or email and tell me a little about your idea. From there, we’ll arrange a quick call so I can get a better understanding of the project. After that, I’ll send you a detailed quote with the timeline and deliverables, and you can decide if it feels like the right fit for you.
What kind of projects do I work on?
I work on all sorts of web projects, from personal and business websites to blogs, landing pages and online shops. I also love taking an idea from the very beginning and seeing it all the way through to something that actually works. So, if you have something a little more complex in mind and want to bring it to life, we can build your MVP together.
How long does a project take?
Timelines depend on the complexity of each project, but on average, a website takes around 3 to 6 weeks from start to finish.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes! If any bugs or small issues come up after your website goes live, you can count on me. For changes, updates or new features, we can agree on a price based on what you need.
